Seven Mansions: Ghastly Smile was planned to be released on the western hemisphere but was later cancelled. Ghastly Smile is a sequel to the 1996 Sony Playstation and Sega Saturn game ‘Nanatsu no Hikan’, gameplay is reminiscent of Resident Evil or other survival horror games of the late 90's and early 2000's, but offers a unique storyline in 2 player co-op. This is the version 1.3 English translation patch.

NOTE: 7 Mansions DOES NOT SUPPORT VGA AND POSSIBLY WON'T OUTPUT HDMI MODDED SYSTEMS. All Dreamcast reproduction games include a full manual, and region free disc. NOT ALL Dreamcast systems can play CD reproductions, your Dreamcast must have been manufactured before October 2000, Dreamcasts manufactured November 2000 or later most likely can not play reproductions, but they are far less common systems. Look for the sticker on the bottom with the date on it, and a number in a circle near the word PAL or NTSC, if the number is 0 or 1 you can play reproductions on your console.
